BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE RECIPES FOR CHROME EXTENSION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Recipes for Chrome browser extension ("Extension," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read this EULA carefully before using our Extension.

You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Extension from your browser.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this EULA.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY, AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING.
This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Extension.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of this EULA shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign or transfer this EULA without our prior written consent. We may assign this EULA without your consent.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, or acts of civil or military authorities.
